We were tasked with revitalizing the digital presence of VILON CLINIC, a health and beauty provider in Riyadh. Despite having a strong visual identity and high-quality content, the clinic’s social media was inactive, leading to stagnant growth and missed opportunities in a highly competitive market. Our objective was to transform their dormant accounts into dynamic channels for brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
We began with a comprehensive audit, identifying a core strength—a premium brand aesthetic—and a critical weakness: inconsistent posting across Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat. This involved allocating a 6,000 SAR monthly budget across the three key platforms, with specific objectives for each.
