The project goal was to transform Atras from a multi-activity academy into the premier sports community in Riyadh, capitalizing on the massive opportunities presented by Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030. We began by dissecting the entire ecosystem. This went beyond a simple list of competitors. We conducted a granular analysis of the Riyadh sports academy market, quantifying each competitor’s digital strength through their Website Domain Authority, social media footprint, and pricing structures.
With a clear understanding of the battlefield, we architected Atras’s unique market position. The intelligence gathered revealed Atras’s key strengths—multiple sports under one roof, certified trainers, and unique entertainment amenities—which were being overshadowed by a weak brand identity. We defined a powerful new brand positioning: “A Higher Level of Sports Community.”
The final phase was operationalizing the strategy into a tangible, actionable plan. We provided Atras with a clear roadmap encompassing communication channels, content pillars, and specific marketing tactics.
